Publisher outages expected during the next two weeks

Through the next two weeks, the Shopzilla Publisher Program anticipates intermittent outages as a result of enterprise-wide environmental maintenance.  This will affect the Publisher Portal, Dynamic Assets, Catalog API, and FTP Data Feeds.

At times Publishers may not be able to access the Publisher Portal and Dynamic Assets may show default content, or produce errors. The Catalog API will experience sporadic outages. The FTP Data Feeds will experience a lag between updates. 

Fortunately, this event is temporary, and the end results will be great…but the Shopzilla Publisher Program will be impacted various times and durations over the next two weeks.  Please be aware that this does not affect Shopzilla’s capacity to track Publisher redirects and reporting data will be safely stored in our systems.  We will be monitoring all systems, to ensure maximum uptime.  We want you live! 

We truly apologize for the inconvenience that this might cause.  Note that the Shopzilla Publisher Program cannot compensate Publishers for any experienced downtime or latency.

Hi Publishers! If you notice issues with your ads, please wait at least 10 minutes before deleting or replacing them. Our program downtime usually only lasts a few minutes and your ads should reappear once the program is back up and running.

I few of my ads stopped working so I deleted them. Is this from the outage?

Yes, this same enterprise-wide maintenance that has been causing sporadic Publisher slowness has also caused some issues with our earnings reports. Your reports are probably showing all zeros for impressions, clicks and earnings. You also may not be able to pull full reports for an extended period of time.

Your links are all still tracking properly and all your information is being logged in our database. However, our portal earnings reports are not updating at this time. We are currently working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, if you would like you receive an earnings report from us via email, please let us know and we would be happy to send your impressions, clicks and earnings to you for any time period. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
